Doug Smith Spares no Longer accepts personal/business cheques as payment (01/11/2016)

Pay as you go Accounts:
To be able to purchase spare parts from Doug Smith Spares at discounted prices we require your business information in our computer system. This allows us to efficiently give you pricing, look up contact details, history on your account and your backorders.
It you would like to pay as you go please fill this form in Customer Information Form. Option is in here for credit card authority as well, for ease of payment.

Adding a Credit card to your pay as you go account for ease of payment:
The purpose of this new payment facility is to streamline purchases at the counter and over the phone. Once an order is placed in our system, either by phone or over the counter, we will no longer require your card for swiping, to complete the transaction. The Credit Card details on file will be used to purchase spare parts automatically, creating a quicker and easier transaction.

Credit Card Authority for Account Customers
Doug Smith Spares/NQ Appliance Parts 30 day accounts may be paid using Mastercard or Visa Card. Any account being paid by credit card must be finalised in full before the close of each month. (e.g. all February invoices will be charged to your credit card on the last trading day of February) You will then be sent a statement showing your invoices for the month, a payment on the last day, and an outstanding balance of zero.
