Trade Product Return Request

We no longer credit any part that does not have the parts return process completed. So, before you return any part to us, whether it’s at the counter or via courier, please complete the  form at the bottom of this page. It takes about 1 minute. We will then assess your request, and if it meets our criteria we will issue you a return authorisation number. Unfortunately, goods returned to us without this number can no longer be credited by staff either at the counter or in the warehouse.

Please note – From 1/3/23 we will no longer be accepting for credit any part which was specially bought in from a supplier.
